Available for pickup at the shop in Djuphamnen between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. For guests staying at Nordkust, Sydkust, or Stugan, the pre-ordered grocery box will be placed in the accommodation's refrigerator before arrival.

🍴 Serving Suggestions

Lightly butter and toast the brioche buns just before serving. Cook the burger patties quickly over high heat, pressing them gently to create a delicious crust (a flat lid works well if you don't have a burger press).

 

Top with tomato, pickled red onion, and the chef's signature sauce.

Serve with potato chips and a chilled craft soft drink.

 

For the Best Results
To preserve their juiciness and flavour, the burger patties are vacuum-packed before delivery. Everything has been prepared by our chef – all you need to do is cook the burgers and assemble them.
